A  monumental sculpture as a memorial tribute to the victims of the 1938 Spanish civil war in the city of Vila-Seca.

In 2021 the city of Vila Seca commissioned me a monumental sculpture for their city in order to celebrate the memory of fourteen victims that died in bombardments during the civil war. Amongst them,

It was a huge work that took me more than a years work . It is about historical memory, and remembering people of this city that suffered at a very harsh time of Spanish history.

I worked in my studio and in the foundry battling with this big scale piece that measures almost 3 meters in highth.

the installation took place in december 2021 and was celebrated by all the members of the town hall and citizens.
